Tuesday Evening Banquet:

Please join us on TUESDAY evening for the conference banquet. If you wish to purchase banquet tickets, please indicate this on your registration form and pay for it along with your conference fee. The number of banquet tickets is limited. Tickets are offered on a first-come, first-served basis so please purchase in advance. Please note that your conference registration does not include a banquet ticket.
